Very friendly staff. When you are by car, this is an excellent place to stay. Close by the beach, the harbour and downtown Viareggio. Clean rooms! Good breakfast!

New-fashioned, completely renovated unit with a balcony overlooking the stadium, storage in the bathroom, for example. Varied breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Wonderful location in nearby stadium and incredibly nice staff.

the hotel was ideal and brilliant, and the staff were best, liked the magnificent location next to the promenade in the evening. the room was airy and nicely equipped for storage in the bathroom, we stayed in all day.

We were provided with a wheelchair-accessible room that had a balcony, a roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet, which was essential and very convenient.

Seems to be the only hotel in Viareggio without problems regarding the parking space for your car. Nice and quiet place to stay close to shipyards and marinas.

This was an excellent three star hotel that fitted exactly into my weekend requirement which was to complete my sons busness matters (he is working in Viareggio) I have no complaints and would want to stay there again shouls the need arise

Sevice is very good people very good ,morning buffet very good excellent food and very clean dinning area.
